Ahhh....

The meat from the head portion is marinated with oyster sauce, some sauce that is sour (have no idea what it is called) and a little bit of soy sauce. And then it is stir-fried.

The meat from the tail portion is removed and mashed into little pieces, mixed with crab meat, prawns and button mushrooms. Then the whole chunk is stuffed back into the tail. Mayonaisse ist added and cheese is grated on top of the mixture. Bread crumbs is scattered over it and then it is baked.

Ahhh....

Read a story book this morning. Banged on the piano for a while to release stress. Which reminds me: A friend had once asked me how it was possible for me to read both treble and bass clef at the same time, to which I still have no answer. Do piano players read both at the same time. I don't think so.... but then how is it possible for them to play so smoothly then? I'm still pondering over it.

Having a weird problem with Firefox. Still trying to resolve it. I think I'm going to cut my hair tomorrow.

2 weeks hols and it's already Wednesday. Time does fly when you don't want it to. Well, with nothing better to do (studies don't count!) , I've just set up this blog to see how long it will last. Record says less than one month.

Thousand of facts staring up at me from those damn textbooks that I have to memorise and not a slightest inclination from me to touch them. Oh well, as usual, I'll start tomorrow. Why can't textbooks be more like the Herriot's series, or Belgariad or Harry Potter etc.? I'll be top of my class!

Getting hungry. I think there's pizza in the oven.
