Ahhh....

The meat from the head portion is marinated with oyster sauce, some sauce that is sour (have no idea what it is called) and a little bit of soy sauce. And then it is stir-fried.

The meat from the tail portion is removed and mashed into little pieces, mixed with crab meat, prawns and button mushrooms. Then the whole chunk is stuffed back into the tail. Mayonaisse ist added and cheese is grated on top of the mixture. Bread crumbs is scattered over it and then it is baked.

Ahhh....
